Our Process
RESPONSIBLE breeding
WE THE BREEDERS HAVE FIRST RIGHT TO ANY PUPPIES TO RETAIN FOR OUR BREEDING PROGRAM REGARDLESS OF DEPOSITS RECEIVED AND PICK ORDER.
All of our puppies are sold on a STRICT SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT unless you are an Approved Breeder. Please see at the bottom of this page how to contact us & apply to be on our "Approved Breeders List".
STEP 1: First request to be on our wait list
Please fill out an application to be added to our wait list. By clicking on the "Fill out an Application" button, this will redirect you to our Good Dog Breeders Profile Page
STEP 2: Placing a deposit
We accept 6-8 deposit spots from each litter to be placed on our waitlist. At 53-55 days pregnant we will have x-rays to get a puppy count and open up more deposit spots based on puppy count. We will email everyone a "Puppy Deposit Receipt" once your deposit is placed. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER LITTER FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS FROM PLACING YOUR DEPOSIT. We state this in your "Deposit Agreement Receipt" we sign and email you. Puppies will be able to come home to you after 8 Weeks Old and NO SOONER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Disclaimer: Under Florida Statue, No one specific puppy will be sold or leave our facility under the age of 8 weeks old. Your Deposit is only to reserve a pick spot from Suncoast Goldendoodles LLC
STEP 3: picking your puppy
We do weekly videos or photos every 2 weeks so you can watch the puppies grow and get to know their personalities to assist you in picking the right puppy for you & your family. We are always happy to help you in your choice but will not pick for you. We do encourage everyone to pick based on personalities and not just looks for example a specific color, gender or markings, . If the gender you want is not available when the puppies are born you can transfer your deposit to the next litter of any pairing and be on that list in the next available spot. Our first priority is the happiness & well being of all of our puppies and second you are happy with the puppy you pick to avoid a re-homing situation later on.
the care your puppy will receive
All our puppies are examined by our Veterinarian for a well check, puppies receive deworming at 2,4 & 6 weeks old. They will have vet check at 7-8 weeks old where they receive their first sent of vacancies (DAPP & Bordetella vaccine), fecal check and full health exam and are issued an Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection. At this visit their Buddy ID microchip are installed by our DVM and verified. You will receive instructions how to register the microchip in your puppy folder that goes home at time of pick.
what your puppy will come home with
All puppies go home with the above vet care, a blanket with Mother & Siblings scent on it, a chew/teething toy, potty training treats and a puppy welcome home bag from TLC Whole Life Pet Food. All our puppies go home with a Puppy Folder that has information on the parents, CKC Registration Application for your puppy, instruction on registering your puppy's microchip, an Official Certificate of Veterinary Inspection issued by our DVM, vaccine schedule and information on ordering your TLC Whole Life Puppy Food. All our puppies have a Lifetime Genetic Health Guarantee & Warranty. We have a 12 month Congenital Guarantee & Warranty.
